Coronavirus has had a significant impact on our partners. Many of our own support teams are currently working from home. For supporting UK customers, issues can be logged via the FIS / OSS system in first instance of via the EIM support email – as usual.
We are taking a number of actions that prioritise customer concerns as travel from mainland Europe to the UK is now restricted. Where possible FIS can provide training sessions and support customer issues remotely. FIS will also be creating further training videos for our technologies via the Help Centre.
