Title – The support system for recruitment process in schools
Initial situation – Candidates submitted paper documents, the recruitment process was manual
Solution – A system was designed to allow prospective students to send their application in electronically. An application scorecard was implemented which assigns the candidates to schools based on recruitment criteria.
Benefit – The entire process of recruitment is carried out by electronically using a centralised scorecard and without the need for manual review.
